no 3 Stainz

Did Lgb ever make a no3 stainz with the raised cab numbers, seen no3's in later models but not a raised number version

dont think so (this more than an off the cuff guess or comment, but less than researched and authoritative), as i have been interested in having all the numbers, and havent seen a raised 3 in greenburgs or the 'official guide to lgb' as listed, both of which i have consulted

they did 1, 2, and 4 (4 only in brown long ago as the 2010, a 'grinder' type if i recall)

you can get a christmas No4 in blue and red I have both, Model- land still have some red No4 xmas cabs if you wanted to build one.

Short answer - No

Longer answer - #3 Stainz was released in 1998 as the 30th Anniversary locomotive in a starter set. The #3 was a sticker/printed numeral and not a raised moulding.

Molded, 1 (2010) 2, (2020 - Stainz) and 4, (2040, abandoned and given to the Krok later).
