Piko building parts?

I've managed to damage some parts on a piko building kit. While heating them to dry the paint, silly error! I've e mailed piko but had no reply. Has anyone managed to get parts in the past if so who did they contact? I maybe able to get the doors and windows in the parts packs they do

I had some bits missing from a Piko kit once. Faxed the instructions with the missing bits ringed & they were posted to me.
 
If all else fails with the makers, you might try GRS, Princes Risborough, or else Gaugemaster in Sussex. I'm sure they've had plastic bags of assorted windows and doors available in the past.
