POLA crane rebuild

thought i'd bring this over before it got lost
I wanted a crane for my wharf - got a POLA kit but didn't like the continental style roof so built one of my own

corrugated iron sheets made from beer cans and a paper crimper
as per some excellent advice on a thread in the old old GSM

using a plasticard base, struts from the kit, araldite and paint

here it is out on the line

with a train - in the all too common bad weather, last year I think

the kit itself is quite detailed and easy to build
I just wanted it a bit more "British NG"
