Apple Tree Railway would be a good starting point. I'm not sure if they can provide 63.5mm gauge wheelsets but they do mention Gauge 3 on the website (linked below). They also mention Gauge 3 motor bogies.
Fosworks also do a powered motor that was fitted with G3 wheels (mine supplied but they do have wheels) for me. Steve does have worries about their durability but as mine are in small 4wheel Gauge 3 railcars he had no concerns. They should work fine in an 8 wheel diesel with 4 motors. The other option is Essell Engineering that produce motors, axles, frame spacers (up to G1) and wheels. They have in the past produced chassis sides but no doubt could produce anything for your needs by using parts from their standard kits. Are you a member of the UK Gauge 3 society, other possible suppliers for the gauge noted in their mags.
