Recent Piko 35010 Central Station issues

Besides the issue described in this thread , Piko seems to have strange difficulties.
Currently there is no decoder available; the 36122 cannot be procured anymore and the replacement one 36125 is not available. Delivery date unknown.
Then the remote control 35011, the wifi receiver 35012 are as well not available . All infos on the Piko website.
 
The latest I have from Piko, as of last week, is to set track voltage at not more than 19v, The Soundtraxx digi boards fitted to the loco's can have control problems above that voltage.
 
Supposedly the newer SoundTraxx products will meet the NMRA DCC voltage spec, but the earlier stuff does not. It's a shame that an American company does not follow the NMRA standard, since it's been shown in the last 10 years that given the wide variety of gear ratios and motors that you should run the full 24 volts to the rails, and decoders should handle 27 volts ( per NMRA specs. also.)
