wish me luck

Good luck!

(Does Tracy know?????)

oh yes definatly but only because its £12 for every parcel,so for 4 kits in one go its £12 vs 4 diffrent deliverys at £48
and im getting it with r/c but not from roundhouse (they want 60/70 quid!)

So you could still yet end up like your Lady Ann kit then?

Hung, drawn and in quarters.... :(

being not a proper modeller at all who just went out and bought one finshed, i am really looking forward to seeing your documented progress. it will be so much more rewarding- tell you what the connecting rods, valve gear etc etc look to complicated for me :D

well got home this arvo and found this.........

which contained these four packages
all recieved within 24 hours

so i may be some time as there seems to be rather a lot of bits and pieces, nuts and bolts and pieces of brass ;) :o

the temptation was too much and after five minutes this is the frames with the spacers
but this is as far as i can go coz im building to the instructions
and they say to paint the frames next :(

Wow, your a brave man Edward , cant wait to see the progress

I respectfully suggest double checking that all is flat and square at this stage. Place the frame assembly on piece of glass (I prefer a mirror, if the glass isn't flat you can see distortion) and check it doesn't rock at all. If you're really brave you could use the glass of a halogen cooker hob if you have one!
