hi
i used 10mm square bar
10mm flat bar for cross members
and its welded as i'm a welder by trade.

I can't imagine having to cut all those gusset plates. Hope it was with a fly-press or similar and not by hand.

all materials were cut by hand took quite a while, but i enjoyed
every bit.
if people are interested i might consider making them to sell,
but they won't be done in a day and the steel is not cheap
