Superb photos everyone! I've got a couple of LGB Porters myself and I think they're great.
Regarding Bachmann Porters, I used to have one of the older models that came from a trainset and it was a great little loco - nice running, smooth, fairly quiet. I should never have sold it. Recently bought one of the newer Spectrum versions but I'm a little disappointed with it. Seems to run somewhat okay but it's quite noisy and has lots of wheel wobble. The older model seemed to have much better running qualities! Maybe I just got a naff one?! Might take it apart and investigate further.
