Thanks Greg for setting the record straight. However, it is going too far to say that I am part owner of BlueRail. I am not paid by BlueRail nor do I have any investment in it. However, I do repair the boards, help with trouble shooting, and provide occasional advice, whether sought after or not. Again, there are no fees involved.
The current BlueRailDCC product is a result of a federation of BlueRail (app and communications firmware), Tam Valley Depot (hardware design, board manufacture, and firmware), and Dead Rail Installs (distribution).
The DIY Install document I wrote was from my experience as an installer. That experience is mostly from Airwire and BlueRail of which I do about an equal amount. I have a bias toward BlueRail but don't push it if the customer wants Airwire or I think he would be more comfortable with Airwire.
