Hi guys,
This is not a sales pitch, I'm just looking for some feedback on this new brass tram kit. As far as I know, nobody has ever made a kit quite like this, and to this level of detail. I just want to see what people think?

Thanks.Rob.

It looks fantastic :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: but would be above and beyond my skills with a soldering iron.

Looks superb, although I think way beyond my capabilities. I'm guessing its meant to sit on a live steam chassis?

It pitches quite well against Alan Doherty's Worsley Works prices, however the indications are that the market for brass/nickel kits in our scale is small - surprising, but that seems to be the way it is.

But I like it :bigsmile::bigsmile::bigsmile::bigsmile::bigsmile:

Looks good but not sure if a Roundhouse Bertie would be the best power plant as they are rather expensive for what they are and can't be reversed by R/C. A Reger Frieda might be a better option if you run on 45mm gauge as it is just as small or one of their easyline geared locos. The Accucraft 0-4-0 power plant is cheaper than a Bertie but may be a bit chunky.

I hope you keep making more body kits or scratch building parts as the lower price ccommerically made locos often fall short on looks.

Id buy one ;) hope to look at this at Peterborough if your taking it!!

Flash player.
Any chance of putting some non flash player pics on your site?
Apple will never allow it to work.

Edit: just found pics on your site, all forgiven

Tram looks good, not my thing though

Really fancy some tankers.

RH Bertie power unit =£507 the cheapest Accucraft Ragleth power unit =£530 Also the Accucraft is to wide to base a tram on as trams are slender.

I think that is what I said about the Accucraft size and suggested the Regner Frieda as being a better option, if looking for a more economic option the Accucraft Ruby is another small chassis if you want 45mm gauge.
