Fred was out today to inspect the latest building on the line

I managed to relay the rocks around the front on the back part of the layout and add some plants. Also used the run arounds at each end of the inner line to test the new Saxon coach.

Track laying can commence now that the patio is complete, so over the last 2 days I’ve started and put down the corner, aristo on the outer loop, lgb on the inner and the shinny piko on the inside will eventually become the branch, as you can see from the last pic there’s still a bit to do but hopefully won’t take long to connect the two ends!

Some more track laying has taken place, with a loop added between the inner and outer lines, this will also be used for cross overs, not too far away now from connecting the complete circuits,

Quick update, Heidi was the first loco to test out the newly laid first section of the incline that will eventually terminate in the workshop, bit of a clean up of most sections as well.
