What happened at your workbench today?

You don't see many of these:

Well, not that have had this done to them, anyway:
Reduced to 32mm gauge. Battery powered, but just single-speed, forward-off-reverse, it appears.
Top-heavy, as batteries in the boiler. Doesn't pull very well, and is slow..

The amount of oil everywhere, probably doesn't help?
But until I get further, I will not know more.

Yeah, so 32mm is more accurate for the loco, but there are ways of achieving things

Not surprised it doesn't go very well, it's probably drowned in that oil, and what have they done to the axles?
