For a moment there i thought i had a coach missing.o_O

But the pantograph is on the other way around, and mine is on my temporary work bench.;)

Mike, I like the canal boat, have you done a build thread for it?
Hi Paul, I have, I think, on here, they are short, to fit my locks, I needed a cannel boat 1st to work out the locks, chicken and eggs sort of thing, there are 2, 1 loaded, 1 unloaded, to change things about...

Slow and steady,, well less of the steady nowadays as I seem to be more wobbly.. Without beer...
Did the sides for the workshop, its never going to be a deep building due to its position, and I made the back, which yes I have, scribed in all the brickwork, even though in its finished position you carnt see it, who knows where it might move to over time, is my thinking. What do you make the pillars of? My foam board has a soft Center so wouldn’t look right yours must be solid?
Yes,, the stuff I'm using is soild, 3mm thick, I layer it up, so each piller is 2 layers thick.. IMG_20200507_122922.jpg

Plodding on.. Done the back. I know it won't be seen.. But it will be there..
Started on the roof, just gotta start cutting out all the slates.. I may be a while. IMG_20200509_100055.jpgIMG_20200509_132735.jpg

Windy as **** so she'd day.. Cutting out the tiles and filing them into shape, ect IMG_20200510_142721.jpgIMG_20200510_155509.jpg

Naa... Its what I do..
So it whent into gray prima, then it got hand painted, each and every brick...
And then we started on the location.. IMG_20200513_131225.jpgIMG_20200513_131236.jpgIMG_20200513_131251.jpgIMG_20200515_151842.jpgIMG_20200516_151016.jpgIMG_20200516_151105.jpgIMG_20200517_111448.jpgIMG_20200517_114156.jpgIMG_20200517_120401.jpgIMG_20200517_120350.jpgIMG_20200517_120359.jpg

That's an unusual gable detail - which I know you will have faithfully reproduced from somewhere. A bit of a northern thing?

It's definitely northern.. Its lazy..
Made the retaining wall, for befind the joinary shop,, adding the name, which is pritty much standard in Lancashire, as its viable from the cannel, railway, ect, installed the wall yesterday when it was cool enough to walk on the *road surface* with out it melting under foot.. Made a small retaking section for under the arches, yard wall to do. Boiler house ect..
