The Jehovahs Witnesses bought and converted several old cinemas in Nort London a few years ago. Like Wetherspoons, a lot of lovely old buildings where saved from demolition
Would that include the Witnesses too?

Windows? On a Kingdom hall? Maybe the Witness' on your side of the pond are a little more open-minded than the ones over here...
Good people to work with though, you'll always get fed and watered on one of their building sites. Even if you don't sign the Blood Book

And they have restored it beautifully
They ate good at that, they did the one on the North Circular in Southgate North London, smashing job they made of it too

I like the sheer amount of detail you pay attention to and incorporate, are foam board structures robust enough for outside?

I do not know, just that kingdom halls in the US do not have windows.
