happy to help rob.... started on the station platforms, useing upvc sofit brords borught as scrap from the local stockist, as they are scratched,..they are going to get a lot more scratched ..but at £10 each.. platforms are 10ft long, this ones 9 inches deep...scribed plastic foam bord from sandys. superglues to the sofit.. still a lot off walling to do, pillaiars, and capping stones, and miles of bricks to paint..

but symatry is restored by a quality tape measure .. spent the morning doing the pillars, aND capping stones, and started scribeing theflag stones out, roughting up the surfaces with a flat razor saw helps get rid off the mirror surface

found a new surplly off dark gray prima.. so it was coated, and ive started painting..

:bigsmile: to day was a specail day at lazy grange bay, our 1st tourist arived on the new platform, lady b, and brusce, back packing around europe ..got the paltform painted today, and ran a loco ..i was chuffed to be able to un stick the 2 figures from the old foot bridge, with out brakeing them, i drilled a hole in each figures leg..(sorry lady b)and superglued a pin/tack into the hole.. now they stand ..and can be moved, or replaced.. although there can only be one lady b, and brusce

started work today on the second platform, its more scribeing, glueing, and painting, monotinusce, and its rained, which, is nice, cos its a bugger to be scribeing when i could be testing..... glass IS full here
 
got a bit more done today ,besides seeing the doc/nurse,so no beer for me rolly

bit more done sinsce i impalled bruces..finished the plastic/walling/pillers and capping stone, wore me razor saw out, nipped to arcaddia and took .no.1 dishwasher with me.. new saw put to use, roughing up the shinny surfaces off the softit bord ..now scribed into stone flags..got it in prima jus t before the rain started..
