Lazy Grange Bay 3...a new start

Mike....

I've thought of a way you can reduce what must be a considerable lecy bill for your railway..

Why dont you take power direct from one of those street lights you have....:rolf:

cheers guys..going to gorden ..that or a wind farm...with theses tablets im on..

It is a great sight (or site - whichever way you want it). Mr Duffy needs holding back, I can't keep up.

I struggle to build a loco or a piece of rolling stock every 6 months :confused:

These two piccies mate. Absolute belters. even the 1:1 scale fence in the background looks in proportion. Love em :thumbup:

garden rail march issue.. Fannys Fish, the best taste a man can get
a idiots guilde to how i made it, bit more indepth than the garden rail eddiot.. read more phots ,brews, and cakes..
to start with get a copy of garden rail.. :rolf::rolf:
some foam bord, super glue, metal ruller, plastic set sq,,cheapo £! stanly knife, and some paint..penceil and a brew
P1130900.jpg

start with a vage idea of what you hope to end up with..my case,a brew would be nice..
er, ok, a building.. its going to be in a run of 3.. past the market, after the yet to be built market office..and they need to make the road narrowe, the pavement move out, and be off difernt sizes, and hights ect..so a simple stright forward thing then.. MORE TEA VICA!
P1130901.jpg

so haveing got me own brew(you carnt get the damed staff) and took a blank sheet of foam bord out side, and laid it down and drawn to scale, the way id idealy like the pavement, and ergo the road to flow.. it gives methe very basic outline off the buildings footprint, ie the bare shape and sizes im working to..its your round..
P1130902.jpg

please, just salt on mine..
to make life easyer, im useing jacksons minutires windows and doors, with the glazzing strips..lifes too short to make window frames.. they are cheap enought., and square..makes measureing the holes for them simple,..so haveing decided on the style, shape, and sizes of the building, iorder direct from jacksons, who Damed helpfull, to be honest...after marking out..
P1130902.jpg

i use the pound shops cheapo knifes, throw away stanly knifes,5 for..er £1..
use a steel ruller, and lightly, (read dont even try to cut through) run the knife down the penicl lines.. its so easy to work with, and cut, theres no need to press on hard.. 3 passes with a sharp knifew, and you will be through..with pratice, you soon get the hang off it..
to start, the roof line is cut
brew time, cos we are worth it..

so grabbibg a brew, and sitting down, double check the measurements for the windows, use a small square to check its..er square..cut out the windows,
P1130905.jpg

1st ly...try the windows ,pushed in..
P1130906.jpg

because, its easy to check the holes right..but we will be fitting the windows behind the wall..trust me, im a idiot.. it will look fine..
P1130908.jpg
