Lazy Grange Bay 3...a new start

Nah!!!

Its a scale wire mesh to stop the locals chucking their empty bottles over the wall and causing injury :rolf:

H&S finally arrives at LGBIII:confused:

The boiler house is looking good Mike. A few nights on the tiles there for you.
Is the hose in the boiler house made from a liquorice shoelace? ;)

Ooooh that takes me back
Blimey Mike, I'm gone for 3 days working out the new computer and you have built an entire industrial complex. Looks the biz

B*gg*r! No fish and chips tonight then!

I suppose the (very slight) consolation is (cue music) you have the technology, and can rebuild them.
Must be gutted though? All that effort, damaged in few minutes.
:impatient::wits::(

Sympathies Mike. I love following this thread and your new builds. That is heart breaking, glad I live in temperate Gloucestershire.

That's awful to see Mike. All that work spoilt :brokeheart:

What a shame.
Local insurance premiums will go through the roof

Seriously, hope it can be sorted

Mike - my heart goes out to you. All that wonderful work compromised by a freak of nature.

I'm sure you will repair the damage but it will slow your progess a little I'm sure.

Gutted Mike, Hannah says "can you help him fix it?" I'd love to but for two reasons 1) I'm too far away and 2) I don't know if I could build to the same standard.

Bummer Mike. The British climate has much to answer for. Probably best if you spend some money on more G scale as a consolation.

That's a shame.

But I'm sure you will fix it all again....

Well the table should be covered on the insurance and it solves the question as regards to upgrading the other roofs to individual tiles ????
