According to the museum on the PPS site,Excelsior could be fitted with forward and reverse servos so that should apply to the Leader.
, and they suggest the left hand side of the saddletank for the switch.

Sorry it's probably not the answer you were looking for BOBG, I am presuming you have an unmodified Excelsior in your fleet?

I can't post the pic as it is probably copyright but the original is currently running with round bar coupling and con' rods.
