An excalent piece of work.
Trouble is with galvanising it will have to stripped back down into seperate components to stop them sticking together, also you have to allow for the thickness of the coating in your clearances.
Another issue is some types of galvernising are done as a hot process so this may melt to solder unless it is welded, not sure if the words have been lost in translation.
If the guys can do any metal with the laser cutter, why not make it from brass, it will be a little weaker but rust proof
