Beautiful work, I hadn't come across the original post :admire:
I only take this sort of trouble with my wife's dolls house fittings.... where they are safe from the elements (apart from dust).
Congrats
Rob
p.s. Perhaps you can advise me on how to adjust my (cheap brand) bandsaw - I simply cannot cut a straight enough line to use on detailed work - always veers to one side or the other![]()
Rob
The band they come with is about 6 mm exchange it for at 10mm blade then all your cuts will be straight![]()

Thanks for that tip Steve - that sounds about right (6mm) will sort out a 10mm a.s.a.p.
And those additional pics posted..... really good work...... you've set a high standard... I will have to make more effort now!
Best wishes

Rob tension on the blade is also very important for keeping the blade straight if it's too tight it's worse than too loose!! and adjust the bearing under the table to just have a clearance when not cutting but the cut will push the blade onto the bearing....................and DON"T you push, let the band cut and you feed!!
OOO how rude of me, Nice station Steve.............................That D Bag looks smashing...................
I thought that was Z man???robsmorgan said:There's no end to you Steve!!
