The Woodlock Line

The Lyn lives on after the Zimo chip decided to fry some of the internal 'electricary' of it. The garden foliage is also coming on a treat. The Lyn now has sound too, and completely re-wired by PS models!

DSC_0128.JPG DSC_0127.JPG DSC_0126.JPG A new feature for the garden, I have put it next to where the garden electrickery is, so that I can get some 240 bulbs in it to light up all four aspects when the railway is switched on. Its also had a good wash after been under the PSB for a few years. Sheffield PSB switches out for good on Saturday too, if anyone is interested. It will be a sad day.

Something else that has been bugging me is the upvc trim than retains the ballast on the loop area. It is a little too low, meaning the track has to be screwed down to keep it low enough. So, I have been to my secret rock stash, (at Ledsham, just outside Pontefract)........ to make the retaining higher and look more natural, which will also allow the track to be un-screwed and find its natural level.

You need some way of sequencing the lights?

Green, double amber, single amber, red and back to green....

or just wire it up to the local disco! :D

A new Loco for the railway. I just need some Feldbahn stock to run with it now, which I begrudge paying so much for but........ Anyway, for a four wheel loco, it runs amazingly over points, much better than my other four wheelers with longer wheel bases.
