There does not as far as I can see appear to be any update to the expected 2013 delivery of the Trainline Harz Mallett. Any one have knowledge?
Spring 2013.

I'm just a little concerned that poor sales of the V3 MIGHT mean that we never see the Mallet or other locos from them at all - which would be a great shame.
Don't worry, both HSB loco's won't be cancelled. The Mallet is on schedule, and there's no way back.

That's good to know, DR. You say the Mallet is "on schedule" - which means for the new date of Spring next year, I guess, not the original one that promised it before Christmas 2012....? ;)

Going back my earlier question - has ANYONE else on here bought a V3.....? [.....tumbleweeds blowing.....]
The proposed work on mine keeps getting pushed back by other ideas and projects, now I'm tempted to nick the decoder I had ready for it, to put in another diesel conversion (shortened V51 bonnet and cab on a 6-coupled chassis)! Maybe I should just push ahead and get the V3 done over the Xmas break, otherwise I might never do it.

Jon.

The V3 captured a good likeness of the prototype but is crying out for some relief on the chassis. The V51 bash sounds interesting Jon.
