You could visit Garden Railway Specialists in Princes Risborough and Garden Railway Centres in Cheltenham in one trip. Then maybe take in Chalk Garden Rail and Kent Garden Rail in the London area. Of those I have been to GRS (large shop with a huge range) and Chalk (smaller but still interesting). Then there is The Hobby Shop in Faversham and Gaugemaster near Arundel who both sell G scale along with other scales.dumpy said:I have an absolutely daft idea.
Having been stuck in with awful weather I need to get out so have devised a plan.
As the opportunity arises am going try and visit all the G scale emporia in England and Wales (to start with)
So far have been to P&S Hobbies York, Arcadia in Shaw, Glendale Junction nr Peterborough, Railway Shop Grosmont, Back 2 Bay 6 Telford, Bay Models Carnforth.
Where to next?
Any recommendations?
