No hurry.................................................................................................................................... :giggle:

Yep, then I'll get the cars and trucks out and then.............oh yes, trains!

Or sometimes... Its like cracking a egg... Ask Gail.

I did ask Gail Mr D and she said she would give me a crack if Ididn't 'bugger off'. As well as being a saying for 'once learned never forgot' I also suspect Phil that Mr D is waiting for us all being allowed to move again then he can come over for a big bowl of hot pot watching trains go round whilst the girls hit the shops!

Indeed I am Kim., its already been too long since last time

Noo, no cars - gotta keep indoors.

Green River shanty town on the WWNR is devoid of cars, the only people left are a courting coupe who are following government advice - if you live together, stay together - and they're stuck like glue. The red injuns have gone into the liqour store and haven't been seen for months, only their horses are outside, and the travelling salesman is still clutching his briefcase, waiting for a non-existent train to stop ....................... :smoke::smoke::smoke::smoke::smoke::smoke:

That guy pumping the petrol and the passengers in the station shelter are going to be in trouble. The track cleaner is ok, aint got a driver. Come on Boris, let me put the Winton residents out on the streets!

Very nice locos. I like the blue house (church?) in the middle if the tracks. Reminds me of the song "The railroad runs through the middle if the house...".

Cheers!. The blue building is the Piko post office. The rr would run through the middle of my house if I thought I could get away with it!

Abandonment looms over Winton, the director of household affairs is adamant that we are moving and the house goes on the market this week. The bungalow we are looking at has a smaller garden but a good size garage so an 'in and out' set up is on the cards - that will be at least a couple of feet off the deck. I started in G in 1986 and the Winton line has, in quite a few guises, been in operation since 2004 with the current one being my best, so a move perhaps tinged with a bit of sadness. Here's to the next one!!
Cheers,
Kim

Hi Kim
It will be good to see another Winton emerge. Onward and upward!

Good luck with the move. Plenty of time to contemplate the next dream layout! I find the planning and realisation as much fun as playing with trains.

Good luck with the new layout and house move Kim....
