I love it. It's just easy to get out, and very rarely goes wrong...

Precisely. Mine never or I should say hardly ever gave me any issues. Like you say, just place it on the rails and let it go. No coupling up of a bunch of rolling stock that may or may not behave. I found it amazing, with its swiveling bogies how it negotiated the track, even if said track was not perfect.
