yes garath.. both are used, dont like shelf queens.. some locos will be sold on, to cover the inatal cost.. promises, are to be kept.. hensce, the felsburge loco on sale on evilbay.. a few others to follow, the trainline mallet ect..

thanks guys.. today i started on the redevleopment of the hillside, its was originally built to block the veiw from tee public walkway..but seeing as my naybours have finally built a decent fences, and i have too, its niow redundant, so we can start a new wheel of time,opps sorry wrong boook..



 
Ahhh, that would be the well-known "lump-hammer" method of garden railway construction. Rarely equalled, never bettered! ;D

Mike - that Saxon baggage car on the nearest end of the train, in the first pic of your post above on the rebuilding..... is that a conversion of your own, or one of those done by Zenner in Germany, or something else entirely?

I'm with you bud, If I had em I'd run em, not shelve em.
 
That will be one of those, takes less time to demolish, than it took to build, then jobs. ;)
