We Have 10 layouts already booked
Including a 5 inch ride on railway,
We have the 16mm modular layout for example, we have digital layouts and battery layouts as well., we are just finishing of the next advertising poster/advert.. Leaflets ect ad well,
Our webmaster is my son in law,, and coming to terms with his recent loss, but is trying to keep the Web site upto date, and keep his day job.

Depends who turns-up, for that one..
But, no disrespect, not really a 'layout'.. :think:

I was thinking of something of a more consistent whole (no, not necessarily a mine!).
But then, the time and expense to build a fully scenic layout in the larger scales, is no-small feat! :eek::nod::nod:

Noooo, I think that it's he one with coal staithes an' quite well landscaped :think::think::think:
 
There are 9 other layouts, we are trying to get a wide range of layouts, so..
Hampton end, for example,, 45mm, digital
 
Think, we have 48 traders now, and 10 layouts..
 
Last time I looked..

We couldn't get tickets, yet. :think: Do we get a discount? :think: :p;)

Tickets are available on the day,, and from the station., and tourist information center in town, all on the day,
Prices are as low as we can possibly go.
£7.00

10 layouts
A ride on railway, and a discounted ride on a real railway..

Ah, OK..
All this need's to be on the site, really?

Also, any restrictions on paying by card, rather than cash, or whatever. - There have been 'funnies' like that at certain shows in the past.
As with all these places, the actual website for the venue, leaves a little to be desired, but that is just 'me', and not something you can control.

It will be, we are a small group off friends and family, doing it.
NO problem with cards or cash payments to come in..
There is great WiFi coverage for both the public, and the dealers to use, so there should not be any issues with dealers taking card payments ect. Unless it the dealers not wanting card payments ect..
There is no cash machine on site.
The Web master is working on it.
 
We would like roundhouse there, but it's in there hands, we can only ask... May be if others asked them..
 
Hotel is booked, looks like I will going :)

I sincerely wish you luck with this event and hope it is successful both financially and on the day. So I am sorry that I will not be able to attend as Ll is a Great place to spend a weekend and Sunday all day can be spent riding real trains - great. Hope that the event is rolled on to future years when I will be present..
