Ya the wireless controller works from inside the house with the base station in the shed so I can stay warm and watch the trains from inside. I did lower the railing on the decking to give me a better view.
 
Just a. Quick snap from today of my new purchases an LGB forney and my three new bachmann wagons I built from kits my first ever attempts of kit building. The forney has been equipped with a massoth xls supplied and programmed by Paul at p&s hobbies 4E99186C-5B9F-445A-934C-26143F7C61CF.jpeg
 
I also have a topic entitled "My first garden railway" which was started before yours and I am seriously impressed with the progress you have made. A sudden influx of new grandchildren is one of the excuses but I really need to up my game. Well done to you.

So small update looking for stuff to do now stuck at home found some black paint in the garage so added some soot to the tunnel portholes, quite effective
even if I do say so myself.
